while u eat, pay attention on proper chewing, take less fatty meal, less water with meal, no talking while eating, enjoy food. little bit burping after food is normal so don't worry. if it continuous beyond it means its a bad habit and u have to control it. take some mouth freshner like saounf in between. when u burp out a part of air goes in and again u burp it out. gas is not produced in stomach. u need to break the cycle
