Gas or heart prob
I have recently gain around 10kgs in last 8-10months, i have experienced some pain in left side chest its not continuous but happen sometimes. Also i get a sensation in my right hand ring finger like someone is put a nail. Not sure what is the exact problem. I feel tired very easily. What should be done in such situation
