Gangoli cysts of pcl
My brother fell down from activa a year ago. The doctor here said muscles have strained up n there's nothing to worry. But still the pain continued. We did MRI n the result is gangoli cysts of posterior cruciate ligament. He have asked for surgery. Please advise.

Hello there...., ganglion cyst is a fluid-filled swelling that usually develops near a joint or tendon.... Ganglions are usually harmless, but can sometimes be painful. If they don't cause any pain or discomfort, they can be left alone and they will disappear without treatment, although this can take few years to disappear.... Treatment is usually only recommended if the cyst causes pain or affects the range of movement in a joint....Draining the fluid inside the cyst....Or surgical removal of entire cyst....
