Gall stone or liver issue. Calculi only?

My wife 27 had deranged LFT. (SGPT 6Times high, SGOT 3Times high, AP-3times high) USG reports show GB calculi 5-7mm. CBD normal. Severe  Pain in upper abdomen radiating towards back. Pruritus and yellow urine for few days. For a week on UDCA when she is fine and no pain symptoms only AP is high still 2.5 times...!!! She suffered cholestasis of pregnancy since 2nd trimester but symptoms subsided after delivery. We did blood test only after 8 months of delivery to find deranged LFT with abdominal pain as said. ANA, LKM, AMA - negative. ASMA- weakly positive. ASMA was once negative also 4 days before. Other anti test negative. Dr. is thinking it's Autoimmune Hepatitis and wants Liver Biopsy done. Does this pattern suggests AIH?? or this could be due to GB calculi only? Pls advise in details.
