Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Frequent urination could be a sign of urinary tract infection. When you drink too much water, sit in ac , cold weather are another few reasons. Kindly get your self checked out by a urologist in person for further evaluation and management.  Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.

Hello...... Frequent urination could also be due to urinary tract infection. Cystoscopy is a gold standard procedure... Gastritis is the most commonly seen problem these days .. Medicines can only give temporary relief.. Strict diet and lifestyle change can bring gastritis under control. Avoid spicy, hot ,high protein containing foods like fish .Take dal rice , butter milk ,curd rice ,drink plenty of water , have frequent small meals instead of large regular meals.Sleep 2-3 hours after having dinner .Take antacids and ppi for temporary relief
