Frequent headaches
Kamala is suffering from frequent head aches. She doesn't have any eye related issues(long and short  sightedness).  She also suffers from low calcium and on couple of occasions has passed out suddenly because of low BP. What is the issue and what steps should we follow to address this concern...

Dr.Yogesh Here indigestion , acidity may be the reasons of her headache. low calcium is one more indication of indigestion. she needs to improve her lifestyle & food habits. Dadimavleham 4 spoons for 3 times with 1 glass of Luke warm water is suggested for 15 days. also suggested Tab suvarnasutashekhar with ghee for 8 days. pathyadi kadha 2 spoons with warm water after food. long term use combination of shatavari + ashwagandha+ guduchi satva + shunthi powder - mix it  take1/2 spoon mor 8 am and eve 5 pm with ghee may help her.

If you can bring her and the reports to our clinic we can help you out. We need to know the cause for Headache first, low BP is a common problem for females. We can do some more investigations if required and then start with medications for the same. You can consult me at Keva Ayurveda.
