Hello.... Ulcerative colitis is a inflammatory condition.. Intestinal perforation is rare complication of typhoid...  Ulcerative colitis affects everyone differently. If your symptoms are mild, you may only need to use over-the-counter medicines for diarrhea Some prescribe steroid to suppress  immune  system.. Consult your doctor.
