I use computers regularly in my day-to-day work. Because I have to click the mouse very much during work, there is constant pain in my forehands & there is a feeling of numbness. What is to be done?

Well.. It's all related to your work..its the strain which is bringing out the pain..give it ample rest..try taking break in between and give them rest...even the numbness is related...you can start taking vitamin supplements as it may help you out
