Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
First rule out ectopic pregnancy.
For that you have to consult a gynaecologist.
The rest of the process is simple and she will guide you how to take the medicines if it's not ectopic pregnancy.
Don't take medicine by yourself.
It always needs to be taken under guidance.
