Food poisoning
On 8 may part of my meal contain a day old food which resulted in a severe stomach pain on the same day. Then I went to a local medical store to have some medicine for instant relief.He recommended me following:-
1-ciplox-tz
2-meftal-spas
3-lopamide torrent
4-enteric coated capsule I don't have its name
For 1 day I had taken the above-prescribed medicine and then I had continuously taken ciplox-tz 2 times in a day and nothing else. Everything is good while I was taking ciplox. After taking the dose for 6 days I stopped.
From last 5-6 days I had pain for few seconds 2-3 time and today it is more pain and even I had a loose motion. Things look like same as day 1. Pls recommend what should i do.

Hi,
You should consult your physician and get yourself clinically examined and relevant investigations needs to be done to find out the cause of pain and loose stools.
Basic tests like USG abdomen, complete blood count, serum electrolytes and stool and urine routine microscopy may be done.
Take plenty of oral fluids and healthy balance diet.
