Follow up question gallbladder operation
Good eve doctor, I have a concerned regarding my wound in the midline section,I'd undergone a laparoscopic cholesytictomy last May 18, my other 3 suture healed already because it is dry,but my mudline sutures open and I noticed a white color thick tissue I always clean my wound with betadine antiseptic,a liitle bit itch but didnt feel pain,I am very much worried about my dehisced wound.Pls. help me Dr. THANK YOU.

Hello, Thanks for your query on Practo "As" per your clinical history is concerned please visit your nearest hospital now and do surgical dressing of the wound and discuss with your Doctor about IM injection[CEFTRIAXONE-1GM] 3inj for 3 days. Hope that helps

This is a scar tissue formed after any surgery. This cannot go but will fade slowly. For itching apply coconut oil or ghee.
