Folic acid tablets intake time

Asked for Female, 31 Years

I am planning for a child so i had consulted Dr. Swathi K from practo and she suggested me to take folic acid tablets daily one after lunch . But as I am busy , I missed Taking it many times . Can I take it daily after dinner? Instead of taking it after lunch? Will the change in tablet intake time affect me ?
