Hello today it was my first time in my life that I tried smoking..I hated it and i'll never do it again + I think I did it wrong..I have a stomach ache, my whole body keeps twitching, my stomach keeps making weird noises + My chest hurts..I regret trying a cigarret..I feel like i'm going to die..
