Fibroids in the uterus
I am 35years old have been diagnosed with solid intramural and subserosal fibroids. largest intramural fibroid measuring 4.7cm x 5.7 cm and largest subserosal fibroid 3.2cm x 3.7cm. The ultrasound report stated “bulky uterus with fibroids, larger fibroid in alterior right lateral wall mildly indenting endometrium.
A 39mm x 36mm heterogeneous SOL with cystic areas within noted from fundal region exophytically showing vascularity within.
I am trying for a baby. Please advice what I should do.
