My dad is bed ridden. He has no memory after head injuries 20 years back. Last few days he is running fever and urinating very less due to which abdomen is also stiff

Hello..., abdominal rigidity could be due to internal abcess or peritonitis .. But it's difficult to guess just with the fever as symptom. Routine blood examination is required , ultrasound is also not needed. Consult general physician near your home. Phyiscal examination and investigation are required for diagnosis.
