My brother he is 32 years old. He stay in pune but presently he is in Delhi. He is suffering from fever when he take medicine fever down after 6 hours fever reach 103 104. full body pain no eating no water drinking. What we should give him and how we should care him

Fever may be due to urinary tract infection, respiratory tract infection, gastroenteritis, malaria, typhoid, dengue, tuberculosis, viral infection etc...so detalied examination and evaluation is necessary... Take over the counter paracetamol 650 mg thrice daily and do tepid sponging...Consult nearest physician they will do the needful.
