Fever At Night(99 to Max 99.5)

Having fever daily at night max upto 99.5 sometimes goes to 100.Whole Abdomen Ultrasound have been done Result found:-Few Small hypoechoic lympnodes are seen in periporal, peripancreatic, upper paracaval and paraaortic region the larger on measures about 15*8mm. ESR was found 60 and then medication was done and the ESR was found 45.Even montouxtest is done was found positive and xrays is alright no signs of T.B.Medicine prescribed by doctor 1.T.Levomac 500mg 2.T.Aziwok 250mg 3.T.Becozym C Forte 4.T.Domcet(10+350) 5.T.Sporlac Ds.Kindly Guide
