Hello....... Could  be due to viral infection or bacterial infections ... Take steam  inhalation twice  daily, gargle with  salt  water...  Avoid  oily  foods,  you may have to take antibiotics for 7 to 10 days...  Consutl  general physician in nearest hospital...  Doctor will  have it examine  you...
