I've been suffering from fever from past one day at a temperature of 99.4°F I had taken Paracetamol yesterday Im having body pains and slight weakness also Can i take another paracetamol for a temp of 99.4°?? what should i do??

HELLO, PARACETAMOL 500ONE TABLET TWO-TIMES A DAY AFTER LUNCH AND DINNER FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS. TABLET ROXY150mg ONE PER DAY FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS O.K BYE.
