Fever & Body Pain. This possibly be.

Since the past couple of days, I've been having fever, throat pain and headache. Yesterday although the throat pain had become almost negligible. However the fever was there and I had headache, stomach pain (on my left side) and joint pains. In addition, I feel constipated and whenever I urinate I get a burning sensation. My urine colour ranges from dark yellow to light yellow. So does my stool. In addition, am feeling dizzy, weak and extremely uncomfortable & restless. Today although the fever is gone, the other symptoms are still there, in addition to hiccups which have been happening since morning. Currently am under PCOD & Depression Disorder medication. However, I've not taken any medicine for my current health problems. Kindly suggest what could this possibly be.
