Fever above 100F (5 days)

Question

Asked for Female, 23 Years

Started with low bp and 100F fever, became serious the next day which resulted in drips(glucose and paracetamol). I have been taking dolo for every 6 hours.had blood test day before, platelets count is good and no sign of typhoid too. But I have rashes all over my face. Fever has not come down . please advice. Thanks.

Maybe be dengue...keep repeating platelets count and do dengue serology, it may be hemolytic uremic syndrome...Consult nearest physician for clinical examination and for investigations..they will do the needful.
