My wife's feet get chilled after evening. We use heating pads but they also provide temporary relief. What's the reason behind this?

Hi, cold sensation in feet are due to poor circulation, nervous system disorders, decreased metabolism, diabetes, PVD etc.., Consult Physician for further evaluation..
