Feeding issues
My daughter is 2 months old and born 1.9kgs at 36 weeks. I'm exclusively pumping and feeding her since her birth as suggested initially by my doc. She is extremely fussy even after her feeds. My milk-supply is low. This is my cause of concern. Pls help in this situation.

Hi..as per ur history u have said that u have been only pumping and feeding her ..what about direct breast feeding..that sucking reflex is also necessary for the body to understand that it has to secrete more milk..some babies are more fussier than others..not to worry..I would suggest u to meet a lactation consultant( u can find them on practo) .they will be the right people to guide u on ur feeding difficulties and they might even prescribe u some medications to increase the milk supply if it is necessary because having the medications when your supply is adequate might cause excess milk formation and in view of the baby not requiring that much might harden ur breasts and coz u pain
Next Steps
Meet with a lactation expert or ur gynaecologist who will refer u to one
Health Tips
Try direct breast feeding also
