  3. Fear of STI. Or should i test again?

One year ago in June 2014 i got a tattoo. After thn a bad thought came to my mind that i got HIV. So now this month  August 2015  i got two types of HIV test, i dont know 1st test was what but 2nd test was rapid HIV test and both test results were negative. Is that mean i am HIV negetive or should i test again?
