Fear of internal injury in brain
Sir I am a banker and while going back to hone I'm being hit by unknown attackers by an iron rod on head n neck ,my neck got hurt badly and I'm fearing of internal injury , should I go for ct scan or M.R.I.
Pls help ,there is no physical injury on head. I have been continuously fearing of nerve damage in brain is it possible pls help sir.
