Fatigue and loss of apetite

Asked for Female, 63 Years

I was undergoing treatment for bells palsy, after which since 10 days I developed right sided upper abdominal pain with loss of appetite and fatigue. My LFT test shows elevated liver enzymes, hepatitis b & c are negative in tests. Elevated fasting sugar.
