Fast Pregnancy solution

Asked for Female, 30 Years

My thyroid level is 5.5 and ultrasound report is ok and prolactin test 6.5. my perid is not regular. i am not unable to conceive . I want to conceive within 2 months. From today my ovulation day started.please give some ways and precaution to get pregnancy fast.
