False stomach and sweating
I woke up, i went to the bathroom, when i was about to wash my face i had a false stomach, and excessive sweating and a head spin, i went out immediately i lay on bed for 4-5 minutes until it passed, i had never experienced such a condition before, what can cause such problem? Thank you.

I can understand your concern. .first of all i haven't been able to understand what "false stomach" actually is.
Please mention proper details.
If you don't know exact translation of your problems, then post it in English.
