Faints and get cramps
Twice in a span of 2 months it happened that my brother feels giddy sweats and feels suffocated and faints for 2 mins and post coming in senses he gets cramps on his face head hands and other parts of the body. We did all his reports such as EEG , Brain MRI, 2D ECHO , ECG, sonography, xray all repots are normal unable to understand what is the issue.

Hi....., Fainting.  happens when you lose consciousness for a short amount of time because your brain is not getting enough oxygen.... If he  feel that he is about to faint, lie down, preferably in a position where his head is low and his legs are raised. This will encourage blood flow to his brain.... Treatment for fainting will depend on the type of fainting... In many cases of neurally mediated syncope, no further treatment is needed.....Consult Neurologist....
