I m having bp low always I faint suddenly chakkar bhi suddenly it comes I HV vertigo problem no medicines I take I HV less hemaglobin n my nerves r paining lot muscles pain also I HV all time what should I do to prevent from this low bp n chakkar no headache nothing I HV weakness I feel neck muscles r always tight n s
