  3. Facial shape correction. Can be fixed?

My name is Vinay and I'm 25. It's been 9 year i meet an accident., at that I lost my 1 front tooth I replaced it with an implant. But my face looks completely weird. It's look like skeleton. I markup a 2 circle. 1 is big and another one is small. The big circle portion looks like monkey face and the small one looks completely different and bad..want to fixe it but don't know how! Plz let me know how it can be fixed
