Eye styve issue

Asked for Female, 30 Years

I have this small red blister kind of pimples near my eyelid and these are regular from last 1month...this is the 6th time I'm getting this and with warm salt in a cloth application... getting rid of these in 3to 4 days but again after few days I'm getting them...pls suggest whom to consult a GP or eye specialist...1st day they are very painful and gradually it is reducing
