Hello....if you have cough ,they can do sputum examination.... If there is local collection of pus chest x ray and ct scan can identify .. Daily fever and weight loss commonly seen in tuberculosis ,if you had history of contact with TB patient it support diagnosis ... Enlarged gland is seen in chronic bronchitis condition ... Anyhow get test done to confirm diagnosis
