Hi doctor,
I have been hitting gym since the 25th of the last month in an effort to lose weight but and I was able to improve my performance on a daily basis but since last Monday I am feeling exhausted even before I reach my workout standards when I started.. i follow a protein diet.. is this normal?? solution??
