Exercise after c section
I had c section on 29th january and delivered a baby. I am having flabby tummy.  I want to start exercise. Can I start now.

Not actually exercise... But need oil massage to whole body and tummy and a good thick cotton cloth wrapping tightly... after delivery care should be taken care along with
