Erectile dysfunction
I am failing to keep penile hardness during closeness with my wife. It remains hard during foreplay but the moment it comes to penetration, it is softening. This has been on for more than 2-3 months now and post the first 2-3 episodes, I can feel that I suffer an anxiety pressure before the activity which is restricting my natural flow. However, during masturbation, I am finding normal erection (yes, at times that's soft too). What to do?

Male sexual arousal is a complex process that involves the brain, hormones, emotions, nerves, muscles and blood vessels. Erectile dysfunction can result from a problem with any of these. Likewise, stress and mental health concerns can cause or worsen erectile dysfunction. Proper counselling and Ayurvedic treatment will fix it

You should consult an Ayurvedic Sexologist

Hi there...Erectile dysfunction may be due to many causes as many physiologic, hormonal, and psychogenic factors are involved in the ability to obtain and maintain erections... most of the times it will be psychological but other conditions like diabetes, hypertension, hormonal imbalances and intake of certain drugs can be the cause so these should be ruled out..treatment mainly depends upon underlying cause if its psychogenic counseling with psychiatrist with meditation, yoga etc will help...they may prescribe certain medication as well to maintain erections..if its organic cause it should be dealt accordingly...kindly consult psychiatrists they will do the needful....
