Episiotomy burning
Hi, i have my first baby on feb 15/2020 through vaginal delivery, gynecologist suggested me to apply mupirocin ointment for episiotomy wound infection, later for some months though episiotomy stitches healed, but it causes some irritation, burning at vaginal and episiotomy site. On last month, gynec doctor removed 0.5mm of red color mucous tag from vaginal episiotomy site. On HPV report it shows as granulation tissues,But now also, some other skin colored tags remains in vaginal part, i feel burning and irritation, in vaginal part and episiotomy stitches site. I had my periods twice in a same month  after i have my baby. I also done urine pregnancy report it is negative. May i know, what may be the issue for the burning and irritation feel of my vaginal part and episiotomy site? To remove further vaginal tags whom should i consult? Gynecologist or dermatologist? Pls response.
