Epidermal naevis when operated leaves a scar....and is spread inside the outer ear and near neck....already had a surgery before 5 yrs...pls help

Hi..... Surgical removal has proven to be the most successful treatment method; though, it is associated with certain risks... The prognosis of Epidermal Nevus is good, especially with a surgical approach. However, there have been incidences of lesion recurrence, even after surgical treatment measures, such as dermabrasion and cryosurgery... Consult Plastic surgeon...
