Eating low.Gaining weight
It seems I have gastric issue. I am eating not more than sufficient. Jogging and doing exercises for half an hour a day. Working in night shift.I feel uneasy at chest along with vomit sensation. Feel like acid in stomach. Office:8pm-5am, Exercise and jogging 5.30-6am, BF: 6.30am, Sleep:7am-3.30pm Lunch4-5pm, DinnerIIpm
