I m hvng fever with falciparum malaria positive now i m hvng severe dry cough ppl r sayng not to take apple n anar bcz they can cause cough so should i avoid them

No its not true.apple and anaar are gud in this condition.u shud avoid banana and citrus fruits like orange.u can call me for more suggestions
