How many times should I apply oil? My hairs are becoming dry after using hair dryer & then again I apply oil.. How can I dry my hair .and prevent my hair from hairfall?

Is it necessary to dry hair using hair dryer?
it may cause more dryness.
dry hair is the indication of excessive heat generation ( increase of pitta) in your body.
find out the route cause in your food habits and life style. improve it.
it is suggested to apply kanjunyadi oil minimum 2 times in a week.
