Drug Interactions Specialist
I am 55 years male taking following medicines daily. I consume 180 ml per week... tatley 3 drinks of 60 ml on alternate days. I do not consume tobacco in any form. 1. Duotroll SR - 1 TABLET         GLIBENCLAMIDE 50 MG          METFORMIN      500 MG 2. INSPIRAL SR  - 1 TABLET          METHYLPHENIDATE 20 MG 3. AMLOPRES AT - 1 TABLET          AMLODEPINE 5 MG          ATENOLOL  50MG 4. D-EVENIZ - 1 TABLET           DESVENLAFAXINE 100 MG 5. DONAMEM 10 - 1 TABLET       MEMANTINE HYDE. .IDE 10MG        DONEPEZIL 5MG 6. LEVOCET M - 1 TABLET        MONTELUKAST SODIUM  10 MG        LEVOCETIRIZINE DIHY...DE 5 MG 7. PANTOP 40 - 1 TABLET       PANTOPRAZOLE SODIUM 40MG I have been taking these 7 medicine once a day after breakfast for 1 year. But, for last few days, my BP reaches    160-190 systolic and 90-97 diastolic. Earlier one month back it was 80-85 diastolic  and 125-127 systolic. I skipped Inspiral, D-EVENIZ and Donamem one day and my BP receded to normal levels.. 80/125. Inspiral, D-EVENIZ
