Hi, You need to get evaluated for anemia. For that you should contact your local physician and hematologist and get yourself clinically examined and relevant investigations needs to be done. Take proper healthy diet. If you are a vegetarian then you may require vitamin b12 supplements. Depending on deficiency of iron , b12 and folic acid supplements needs to be given. As you have similar episodes in past requiring multiple blood transfusion, you should get a bone marrow aspiration and biopsy and autoimmune workup to find out the cause of anemia.
