Double Marker and Ultrasound related
I am 14 week's pregnant and did my Dual Marker and Ultrasound. The details are as follows: Dual Marker: Age Risk (Trisomy 21) - 1:546 Trisomy 21 - Screen negative (1:24906) Trisomy 18/13 - Screen negative (1:100000) Free B-HCG - 14.1 IU/L, 0.78 MOM PAPP-A - 3 64 IU/L, 0.99 MOM Ultra Sound: -Yolk sac seen - CRL - 78.8 mm - 13 wks 6 days - NT measurement 1.7mm and Nasal bone seen 0.89 MOM I want to understand 'What is Age Risk (Trisomy 21) and basis the above values will my baby have Down Syndrome and next steps I should do.

What is the reason for getting this tests done ? Do you have a family history of any genetic disorders ? Is anyone in ur family having Down’s syndrome ? Considering ur age the reports don’t seem so problematic but need to properly consult. Also , it’s possible if it’s a consanguineous marriage
