Dog not eating.

Age/:12yrs
Male
My dog is not eating since 3-4 days. He has lost weight. Took them to vet doc but they are not able to figure out. Giving injections of iron and xceft anibiotic. He is active tough and very much attentive. In a day he eats 8 parle g biscuits. His mouth and teeth are in good shape.

Ny of the blood tests done n kindly provide me the history in detail like ny vomiting, loose stools or ny problem with urination
