Dog bite on fore head
My niece bite by dog on fore head at 1:00 Pm today.Her parents took her to hospital where T.T and RABI injections were given and advised to take vaccine for 3,7,14,28days ....Is she out of danger or not? what is the next step to take please advise sir

Hi there...I can understand your concern. What kind of a dog was it? Street dog or home pet dog? If it is a street dog, then it's better to give her rabies immunoglobulins also. But if it's a home pet dog, which is vaccinated regularly, then rabies vaccine will be sufficient. Kindly consult community medicine specialist at any general hospital. They will advice you further.
