Do I Have Irreversible Liver Damage?

Asked for Female, 45 Years

I just completed a 7 day detox from alcohol. I received my blood test results and my ALT is 61 (norm range 1-33). My AST is 69 (norm range 14-34). I'm petrified that this is a death sentence. I have not had a drink in 8 days and don't plan to. As my sobriety continues, could I get down to a normal range on both and live a normal life?
