Dizziness and Light Headednes

Asked for Male, 26 Years

Earlier I used to smoke 7-10 cigarettes a day. In the first iteration, I have reduced it to 3 cigarettes a day with the help of Cipla Nicotex. Now, I have taken this to another step and I am having only 1 a day and two gums a day. But from the last two days, I am feeling dizziness and acidity. Today while coming to office, I sweated heavily. Help.
