My mother gets dizziness very often. Basically, it is when she is trying to put her head on the pillow, while sleeping. Also when she takes a head bath too.

Hello....... Lack of sleep, hypoglycemia. anxiety, stress,migraine ... could be the cause of headache.. If she has spinning sensation of head it could be vertigo.....she should not worry too much .Sleep of 7 to 8 hours is required... Take her to nearest hospital...
