Could this explain a 5-year hx of urine retention, leg weakness/numbness, not much pain? 1. L5-S1: Broad-based left-sided disc extrusion results in mild narrowing of central canal with moderate narrowing of the left lateral recess. The passing left S1 nerve roots may be compromised. Mild to moderate narrowing of the neural foramina bilaterally.

Hello well yes the MRI report which you have talking about definitely explains the he symptoms what you are experiencing... I would suggest you to meet a neurosurgeon and I think you would require intervention for it... So please meet a neurosurgeon with the reports. Thank you
